Refund & Return Policy
At yeoul, we carefully handle every order to ensure it reaches you safely. Since our skincare products are for personal care, we kindly ask that opened, used, or altered products cannot be returned, so we can maintain the highest quality for all customers.
When You Can Request a Return or Replacement
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item received: The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
- Expired product: The product has passed its expiration date at the time of delivery.
- Damaged, defective, or tampered packaging: The product or its packaging shows physical damage, leakage, or signs of tampering affecting the product.
- Missing items: Any item confirmed missing due to courier or shipping error.
Reporting Timeline:
- For damaged or missing items, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
- For incorrect or expired products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Clear photos or evidence of the issue are required to process your request.
Please report any issue as soon as you notice it, and our team will ensure it is resolved promptly and smoothly.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
If you notice any of the above issues, please contact us at care@yeoul.in or +91 8413991525 (Mon-Fri, 9 AM-6 PM). Include your order number and a photo of the product.
Once we review your request (within 2 business days), we will guide you through the next steps. Approved returns or exchanges depend on stock availability, and we will arrange either a replacement or refund accordingly.
For returns, our reverse pick-up service will handle collection. In case our reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, you may self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charge upon verification.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened, used, or altered products
- Products missing original packaging, including boxes, labels, or promotional materials
- Minor dents, creases, or scuffs on the outer packaging do not qualify for returns if the product itself is intact and unused
Please note: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind or damage caused after delivery.
Refund Process
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within ten business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, you will need to provide your bank details. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order is marked “Ready to Ship” or has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
